The Links found in the various pages of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc.’s (“PSE”) PSE EQUIP website and mobile application or app allow the user to access other sites on the web or other mobile apps. The maintenance of the Links cannot be taken as a manifestation, indication, or recognition of any form of control, affiliation, endorsement or any other type of relationship between the PSE and the owner of the linked website or mobile app, notwithstanding the Links.

The PSE and PSE EQUIP remain independent of other websites or mobile apps, notwithstanding the Links, and shall not be responsible in any manner for any of the contents of any website or mobile app to which the PSE EQUIP website and mobile app contain Links. The PSE shall not be responsible for changes, misstatements, inaccuracies, omissions, errors, updates, or unavailability of these linked websites or mobile apps. The PSE shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, in any manner for any inconvenience, prejudice, system’s failure, technical glitch, hacking, loss, expense, costs, or damage to the user of PSE EQUIP website and mobile app whenever or on account of accessing other websites or mobile apps via the Links or vice-versa.

Other website or mobile app owners (as applicable, “Site or App owners”) may only create a link from their respective websites or mobile apps to the home page of PSE EQUIP website, https://appequip.pse.com.ph/, or PSE EQUIP mobile app upon prior written approval of the PSE. For this purpose, kindly send a request for such approval to the PSE through [email protected]. The PSE reserves the right to require any additional information from applicants in assessing applications for consent. The PSE reserves the right, at all times or for any reason, to deny or not further respond to any application for Links to PSE EQUIP website or mobile app, notwithstanding the PSE’s request/s for additional information.

Site or App owners shall not create a link that contains a frame. All Links to the PSE EQUIP website and mobile app shall only be through a separate browser window, with the uniform resource locator or uniform resource identifier address of the PSE EQUIP website or mobile app, respectively, clearly visible at the location bar.

Any authority granted by the PSE to Site or App owners to link their websites or mobile apps to the PSE EQUIP website or mobile app does not authorize the use, in any manner or for any reason, of any of PSE’s or its subsidiaries’ trademarks or service marks or intellectual property rights owned by or known to be associated with the PSE or its subsidiaries, including intellectual property rights of other linked entities’ websites or mobile apps. Site or App owners shall not use, copy, or distribute any of PSE’s and its subsidiaries’ trademarks or service marks or intellectual property rights, regardless of the status of registration thereof, without separate and express written permission from the PSE.

Site or App owners shall not copy, use, distribute, or otherwise lift any of the contents of the PSE EQUIP website and mobile app, including any contents of any PSE’s websites, without the prior written consent of the PSE.

Site or App owners agree that, by linking to PSE EQUIP website or mobile app, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines shall govern this PSE EQUIP Link Policy (“Link Policy”) and the relationship of the Site or App owners with the PSE with respect to the establishment and/or maintenance of such Link. In case of any disputes arising from or as a result of such Links to PSE EQUIP website and mobile app shall be filed with the proper court of law for and of the City of Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.

The PSE reserves the right to exercise and exhaust any right, privilege, or remedy available to it under this Link Policy and under any law, in order to enforce and preserve the PSE’s rights under this Link Policy, including, without limitation, instituting legal action and/or taking measures to deny access to the PSE EQUIP website or mobile app from the website or mobile app of the corresponding Site or App Owner.

The PSE reserves the right to change, alter, amend, or suspend this Link Policy, without prior notice to Site or App Owners or to its users. Site or App Owners shall be bound by any such change, alteration, amendment, or suspension upon the posting of the same on the PSE EQUIP website or mobile app.

This Link Policy shall apply not only to website or mobile app links but also to those links forwarded in e-mails, newsgroups, chat groups, instant messaging applications or platforms, and mailing lists.
